Following A Keto Diet and Meal Replacement Shakes

While most people were getting their ‘summer body’ ready, I was enjoying myself and indulging. Now that the Fall and Winter are coming, I feel it’s the perfect time to start a healthy meal plan and workout.

I have some motivation to get started too. My company’s gym announced that they are doing a Biggest Loser Competition starting October 15th. I love to win so I’m going to join and go hard or go home.

One of the things that they are making part of the competition is a consultation with a nutritionist. I plan to discuss and incorporate a Keto diet. I hear so many great things so I figure why not give it a shot.

I was also looking into supplements to take since I know that I won’t always have access to something that’s compatible with a Keto diet and I was introduced to Ketond. Talk about perfect timing.

I’m on the go early in the morning so that would be perfect and since my workouts will be at night then I can bring enough to make a shake after my workout.

I really do want to take this Keto diet serious as well as my workout because I ultimately want to be the one to win. Of course, it’s more than just winning. I want to also be healthier going into the new decade that is upon us. I want to have a healthy lifestyle that I can follow and maintain easily so I stay consistent.

The competition runs from October 15 to November 15. I’ll let you guys know how I do!
