Describe your music for those who have never heard it.

Our music is innovative and a mixture of our favorite genres such as R&B, Urban Pop, and other Diaspora sounds.

Tell us about your new song and video “Bail It”:

Our song ‘Bail It’ was inspired by our recent trip to West Africa. We reunited with our cousins, and they introduced us to AfroBeats. Afrobeats is a huge genre that has stars such as Wizkid, Tiwa Savage, Mr. Eazi, and Davido. We were glad to reach out to a Nigerian producer to help bring our song to life.

What inspired you to pursue music?

We are inspired by our Mother. We grew up listening to so many different styles and time periods. We have been performing since age 5 and have never really stopped. We truly love all things art. Its when we thrive the most. We’ve tried other paths and it wasn’t for us.

What has been your greatest career accomplishment so far?

Our greatest accomplishment has been hearing our song played on local radio. We’ve been into acting and just wrapped a Facebook project that got over 9 million views. Music has been one of our biggest loves, so hearing our song on the radio has been a huge blessing.

What has been the biggest challenge in your music career?

The biggest challenge we have faced is dealing with people trying to make us fit into their bubble. People have nitpicked over our voices, style, and even skin tones. We always tell young people, to not let negativity stop you from your dreams.

What is your music goal for the year?

Our music goal is to top the charts and perform on national television. We are releasing new material and working non-stop to reach new audiences. Stay tuned.
