I have quite a few people in my circle who are teachers from elementary school to college level and as a friend and a parent I applaud their tireless efforts to give their students the best educational experience despite the often limited resources.
I had one friend who set up a donation page a couple of years ago to get instruments and sheet music so her students could have first school band. She was successful in raising the needed funds and the band continues to thrive to this day.
