I received 3 items from Ever Bamboo: The Shoe Deodorizer, The Room Deodorizer and Dehumidifier and a 2 oz bar of HEI Bamboo Charcoal Face + Body Bar to test out.
Room Deodorizer & Dehumidifier – I used this in my living room which is a pretty open space. The deodorizer doesn’t have a scent but, the room does smell fresh and clean. I really like not having to spray a deodorizer when people are coming over which I tend to do instinctively whether I think the room smells less than fresh or not. I received the 7oz size and I think it’s perfect for my size living room which is in an apartment.
Shoe Deodorizer – I have to be honest. I was all set to test these out on my sons shoes or have him test them out because there was NO WAY I was going to do the smell test but, instead, I wound up putting one in my refrigerator. Yes, that’s right, my refridgerator.
I’d had the option to get one that is specifically for the fridge and opted for the shoe deodorizer instead but, desperately needed something to use in the fridge at the moment I received the package. It works! My fridge smells great. Of course you should buy the one that is made for the fridge and not the shoe one but, hey, it’s great to know that the product does indeed work.
HEI Bamboo Charcoal Face + Body Bar – This was the last item I tested out and I don’t know why I waited so long. It’s an interesting looking small shiny black bar of soap. Once wet it gives and incredible amount of lather and it felt so good on my skin. I first tested it out on my hands to make sure I wouldn’t have an allergic reaction (as I mentioned earlier, we have a lot of allergies).
My hands were smooth to the touch and felt like they already had lotion on once I dried them. I then tried it on my face and body. Love it so much. I’d read other reviews that said it had a masculine scent meaning it’s more for men, well if it does, I don’t notice it. I just smelled incredibly clean.
If you want a natural clean scent, almost like that fresh outside spring day scent, then I recommend using Ever Bamboo Products. It eliminates odors rather than masking them. They are also a great bargain since they last up to a year and range between $9.99 – $30.00.
