#HolidayGiftGuide: Fun Footwear for the Kids

If I could start a collection of baby shoes I would probably go a little wild and get Imelda marco-ish with baby booties. I just can never get enough of how small but detailed they seem, well at least the really good ones like the ones I listed here.

I don’t just have baby shoes though, I have some flip flops too. They’re not your ordinary flip flops though or they wouldn’t be on my list. There’s also some really cool slipper socks that I think you will all get a kick out of owning…Get it? KICK. Yes corny. Just read on.

Handmade Leather Toddler Booties – MiniToes.com –$27.00
These are absolutely adorable. I fell in love with them the minute I laid eyes on them and then I got them in the mail and fell in love all over again. The detail is amazing. There’s so many different styles and colors to choose from.
This simple yet fashionable shoe is Hand Made from 100% All Natural Leather. The inside of the leather is so soft and comfortable to babies’ skin that will not irritate their delicate skin. Leather is naturally breathable for your babies extra comfort.
Easy slip-on / off shoes that STAY ON. On the sole is Soft Suede that acts as a all natural anti-slip which is very durable and flexible.
Made out of all natural cow leather, it’s so light-weight and soft that your little baby can wear them all day and soon the shoes will wear into the perfect fit for your baby. FREE SHIPPING.
Flip Flops by Mottos – Available @amazon.com  – $19.99
These flip flops are pretty amazing too. They’re for boys or girls. I really wish they had them in my size. I love that they come in a little lunch box.
They’re customizable with the little charms that can be switched in and out depending on your child’s mood. There are so many charms to choose from making the combinations endless. The charms can also be swapped and traded between friends to create new sets.
The lunch box like storage case holds the Motto flip flops and also stores the charms.
Shoe Charms for Mottos™ – Available @ Amazon.com — $7.99
I figured I’d put the Motto charms in this thread too, to make it easy for you guys. The charms come in sets of 4. They make great stocking stuffers and like I said up above, kids can trade each other.
Select different ones to wear each day depending on how you’re feeling. Mottos exclusive design is super comfortable! Our charms don’t rub against kid’s feet causing irritation like other charm brands. They are so much better for sensitive kids.
Versus Socks – vsstuff.com — $ $9.99
I just want to point out first that they make these for adults too. The pair I received was the wolf and the sheep in adult and frankly, my feet haven’t been able to get along since I started wearing them.
It’s a constant battle of my right foot (the sheep) trying to run away from my left foot (the wolf). It’s a wonder I get anything accomplished these days.
Vs. Socks are for kids and adults, and they even have baby Vs. Booties! They are mismatched and come as opposing rival pairs, so your feet can battle it out in the coziest way ever.
They come in pairs like Unicorn vs. Dragon, T-Rex vs. Triceratops or Cat vs. Dog.
So, get yourself a pair and your kids a pair and let the battles begin!
PediPeds – pediped.com — $41.00
I got these in a gift bag from the Brooklyn babyfest and knew right away that I wanted to feature them on my holiday gift guide.
These are so cute. I think most baby shoes are cute though. The PediPeds are made of leather and are meant to be a soft comforting shoe on a growing babies feet. They have three phases: First Steps – Originals, Next Steps – Grip n go,  and Big Steps – Flex.
pediped® footwear is a smart choice for parents concerned with the long-term development of their children’s feet.
