I could have used this book a month ago when I was aggressively interviewing for job opportunities. I was confident that I was doing well, but there was just a little something off and I knew I could be doing better.
I’ve since landed a job so I’m passing this on to my readers and followers who are on the job hunt. Even if you’re not currently on the hunt it’s always a good idea to brush up on your skills.
Christine Reidhead is an assistant professor who also manages a non-profit organization. She’s adding a first-time author to her list of accomplishments with her new book “How to Ace a Job Interview: A Simple Guide to Landing Any Interview“. She makes a great addition to our Author Spotlight Series and we hope you enjoy her interview as well as her book.
You can find the book on Amazon and be sure to follow Christine Reidhead on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter to stay up to date on what she’s working on next.
What inspired you to become a writer?
Oh man, just the opportunity to help people. I have been a service-oriented person since I can remember. It’s always how can I help serve someone or help someone in need. This was one way I could help both high school and college students. Help them prepare for the future and set them up for success.
Your favorite author & why?
I don’t think I have a favorite writer. I’m one who finds new things to challenge me, and then I immerse myself in that topic until I’ve learned all I can. I read to learn, so I get obsessed with it and really dive into it. I’m educated, but I am also self-educated. I love learning.

What books have influenced your life most?
A couple of books stand out, they are, The Alchemist and Who Moved My Cheese.
Who Moved My Cheese talks about embracing change and The Alchemist talks about pursuing your dreams by following your heart.
