You can watch the Dudhsagar Falls in the monsoon. You have two options to reach the falls either by train or road through Panaji or Madgaon. You can take your rented cab to these places.
The Monsoon Festival
You can celebrate the Flag festival or Bonderam festival on the island of Divar in Goa. This festival is grandly celebrated with a flag parade, cultural competitions and live music performances. You can also visit the spice plantations at Savoi Verem which are a popular attraction in Goa. The Savoi Plantations are lively and beautiful during the monsoon, and it is one of the best times to visit them.
Another famous festival is the Sao Joao festival which is celebrated most ravishingly across the city. It is a picturesque view to see young girls and the local youth wear garlands of flowers and leaves known as ‘copel’ on their heads.
