When I first heard about nootropics from friends, I ordered and tried the most popular brand known which was also the most expensive. I didn’t have a positive reaction and thought that they weren’t for me. I gave in and tried another brand and had an amazingly great reaction and since then I’ve been a huge fan. Smart Stack Nootropics
Smart Stack nootropic is a dietary supplement which is a blend consisting of Alpha GPC, L-Theanine, Rhodiola Rosea, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Bacopa Monnieri, Guarana, Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12 and Black Pepper Extract. It is designed to improve focus, memory, energy, and concentration. I received a 30 day supply which is 90 capsules. It’s recommended that you take three of the supplements daily to get the best results.
Do They Work?
I was taking a nootropic supplement and stopped for a week to be clear of them once the Smart Stack supplements arrived. I started taking them as soon as I received the bottle. I figured it would take a good week of usage to give a fair and accurate review. I felt a difference instantly. If you’ve never taken a nootropic, the way it works is that it gives you a sense of clarity. It’s a little like drinking coffee but without the jitters, however, there’s also a sense of focus that comes over you too. You find yourself being able to concentrate and complete tasks without distraction. You feel relaxed but, energized. The Smart Stack made me feel all of that. As I continued to take them, my focus and clarity became more prominent.
Any Downside
As I mentioned, I felt the effects quickly and consistently. I’ve tried nootropics that didn’t have any effect on me and I’ve tried some that just made me sleepy. This was a perfect blend. The downside I would say is if you are not a person that likes caffeine. The Smart Stack nootropics do contain caffeine. There are some nootropics out there that don’t have caffeine. If that’s not an issue then these are just fine. One other downside might be the fact that you need to take three pills. Those are very minor drawbacks. As far as the product itself, I feel that they work very well.
