I’m an absolute fan of the MVP Kids books. If you didn’t see my review of the Celebrate Grandparents book that they have coming out soon then check it out. Their Christmas book is entitled “Celebrate Christmas” and it has all the regular MVP characters sharing in the story of Christ and Christmas.
What I love about the MVP books is that they include every race, creed and religion in their books. You don’t need to be a christian or celebrate Christmas to appreciate another culture or this book.
Celebrate Christmas shares the story of Jesus as told in the bible. Like most of their other books, it’s done in poem form so it’s very easy for children to read along with you.
The story is one we’ve all heard a thousand times if we are a certain age but, it’s a great historical read for kids who aren’t familar with the story or who are being taught about their families faith.
This book will fit comfortably in your child’s hand. It’s an easy read. The pictures are adorable and the story is everlasting.
