Let’s talk about beverages that we drink while we’re working out. Specifically sports drinks. I know often they say water, water and more water but, in reality I like a little flavor and tend to enjoy a sports drink after a workout because they’re refreshing and also because the flavor is like an added treat.Often when I do a boot camp workout our trainer will give each of us a bottle of water AND a sports drink so, I’m used to indulging in both.
The thing I find about sports drinks is that they tend to have the same basic flavors: cherry, orange, lime and blue stuff. Yes, blue stuff. I’m constantly looking at the latest workout related drinks and was very intrigued when I saw BODYARMOR SuperDrink on my corner store shelf.

During my workout, I drank water and was patiently waiting to try the Tropical Punch afterwards. It did not disappoint. Strawberry & Banana is hands down my favorite of all 6 flavors followed very closely by Orange Mango and then Grape. The fact that there are so many to choose from means I can have a different one every day.
