Ladies, how long did it take you to find the perfect local nail salon? Or are you still looking? I know that I went to so many in my neighborhood until I finally found one that was good for my nails and good for my pockets. But, what happens when you move like I recently did? You have to start all over again but, I found an easy, time saving and cost effective solution.
You can go through word of mouth and even search reviews but, the reality is that manicures and pedicures are so much about personal preference. As a matter of fact, most beauty regimines are personal whether it’s nails, hair, facials or massages. I tend to try quite a few which is why this time around I’m going the discount route and searching for local nail salon on Groupon. I’ve mentioned before how much I love Groupon . It really is my go to place to try new things at discount prices and the Health, Beauty & Wellness Groupons.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m willing to pay for great service but, while I’m testing out new hands on services it sure is nice to have a little bit of a discount. It’s a win win for me and the salons. I’m more willing to try them out because of the discounted price and they’re getting my business and maybe even a repeat customer. I’ve even tried pricier services like the Gel Nailcare Packages in the photo below and we all know that once you get a high end service done and it looks amazing you will absolutely get it again the next time so being able to test it out for half price is such a win. Take my money, please.
I’m really hoping to find a great local nail salon that’s perfect for my but, while I do I’m going to have some fun with a bit of savings and try out a few of the featured salons on Groupon.com. You should too.
What are some ways you’ve used to find a perfect salon? Word of mouth? Trial and Error? Review services? Or are you a Groupon girl/guy like me?
