Blogging is a lot of fun. Sure it’s also a lot of work writing posts, taking photos and editing them, keeping up with the daily social media shares on all the platforms including crafting clever sentences in 140 characters or less in hopes that people are intrigued enough to continue to the link but, for the most part it’s fun.

I have to be honest; I’ve never used a pressure cooker in my life. I was traumatized as a child one day when the lid blew off the one my grandmother was using on the stove. But this isn’t your Grandma’s pressure cooker that’s for sure as I soon learned from Turkey Dude himself.
A quick backtrack, Turkey Dude is actually Gene Snitsky, a former WWE wrestler who now spends his time raising a family, doing charity work and partaking in fun projects of his choosing like this Power Pressure Cooker campaign. We got to try three amazing and quick recipes; butternut squash soup, macaroni & cheese with Turkey and risotto. Yes, you can even make risotto.
