Sample A Dish From Rapper Action Bronson and Others @ Taste Talks All Star BBQ in Williamsburg, 9/14

Who is down to try a meal from rapper Action Bronson? I sure am. 

He teams up with Chef Michael White from Osteria Morini with a Porchetta “Kra Prow” tigelle thai spice with crispy watercress dish.
I’m not really sure what I just read but, I want to try it.
This isn’t the first time the duo has teamed up. They’ve collaborated for an episode of Vice Magazine’s show Vice Eats”. And for those that don’t know, Bronson was a chef before he opted to dish out rhymes.

The Taste Talks All Star BBQ  is back at Williamsburg Waterfront on Sunday, September 14th. You can get the full list of sampler meals listed below for just 40 bucks and they have the tastings in two time blocks so it shouldn’t be too crowded.

Andy Ricker (Pok Pok) – Boar collar meat rubbed with garlic, coriander root and black pepper, glazed with soy and sugar, grilled over charcoal and served with chilled mustard greens, and a spicy chili lime garlic sauce.
