NY Auto Show Recap: Mazda, Toyota, Genesis, AutoGravity & More!

The 2018 NY Auto Show revved into Jacob Javits Center from March 30 to April 8, 2018, and once again it did not disappoint. Thanks to A Girls Guide to Cars, I was able to get a preview tour of the cars that were on display as well as learn some tips on how to purchase a car.

We also had some help on how to best post our stories and photos about great events like these on social media from Sree Sreenivasanto , a social media influencer extraordinaire. I’ve got pics, news, and some advice to share with you down below. Enjoy!

What’s a tour without champagne & cupcakes? Mazda made sure we were able to indulge in the bubbly and sweet treats before we feasted our eyes on the gorgeous 2018 models they had on display at the NY Auto Show.

Genesis & Godiva

Genesis always has an amazing presentation. They too let the bubbly flow with some tasty Godiva chocolates. They recently won a Women’s Choice award and no it wasn’t for the champagne and chocolates. Genesis won a Women’s Choice Award for “Best Car for Safety & Reliability”. That’s pretty impressive. With the sleek look of their cars, they should win most stylish awards too.

The Genesis Essentia all Electric Concept Car was a favorite amongst photographers and car enthusiasts alike. I’ll let the photos do the talking for this beauty.

Fun With Toyota

Toyota has so many fun cars. I took so many pictures and opted to focus on two of my favorite things. The Mets and fishing. Every year I have to take a pic of this Amazing Mets car from Toyota.

This year I also noticed this Bass Pro Toyota Camry. I’m looking forward to doing a lot of bass fishing this summer and this car has me in the mood!

My Jaguar!

I never make a trip to the NY Auto Show without taking a picture in my dream car. The Jaguar. Sigh! I’ve wanted a silver Jaguar since I was about 9 or 10 years old. One day it will be a reality but, for now a girl can dream and the NY Auto Show made that dream a a touchable one.
