I know that everyone has seen the commercial for these Gotham Steel Frying Pans and has been as curious as I am if they really work. So, of course I wanted to give them a try and if they did work then boop, they instantly go on my gift guide.
Well you see them here so that means something did go right.
When I got the pan there were two things I wanted to try out. First was one of my favorite things to eat, eggs over easy and the second thing was using a metal for because I’m so very clumsy when it comes to pans and have ruined a few in my day.
I put the eggs in with no butter and now oil. I think I got a little bit too ambitious trying to flip them with a metal fork. That didn’t go so well but, the eggs did come out good. They did stick a little. It was as smooth and easy as it looks in the infommercial but, they weren’t completely stuck like they would be on another. Oh and the fork did not damage the pan at all which surprised me. I was so nervous.
This is a really cool pan to get for a bachelor, a mom who likes to whip something up real quick, a daughter who got her first apartment or someone like me who loves cooking eggs with forks.
