#HolidayGiftGuide: Guinness World Records 2015 – 60th Anniversary Edition (Giveaway)

WORLD’S LONGEST TONGUE – CLOSE TO 4 INCHES IN LENGTH!
WORLD’S LONGEST GOLF CLUB – MEASURING OVER 14 FT!
TALLEST MALE TEENAGER – 7 FEET 1.5 INCHES TALL!

The Guinness Book of World Records is celebrating 60 years in existence and if you’ve never owned a copy, you’re going to want to get your hands on this one.

I don’t think I’ve ever had the chance to look through one of their World Record books completely. I was fascinated for hours. There is so much information packed in the book that it will take months before you get through it all.

If you have someone on your gift list that is a magnet for information like this:

Most Apples Crushed with the Biceps in One Minute
Mama Lou, aka Linsey Lindberg (USA), used muscle power to squash eight apples in Los Angeles, California, USA, on June 26, 2013. Once an accountant, she quit to be a performer and now blows up and pops hot water bottles and rips telephone directories in half.
Then get this book to get them for the holidays. It really makes a great family book too.

The 60th Anniversary Edition has a 3D component to it that makes it interactive You can download the 3D app and enjoy the book with completely new eyes as the pages pop to life with all types of information like:
Largest Afro (Male)
Massachusetts resident Alan Edward Labbe boasts the record for Largest male afro. Labbe’s massive hairstyle measure 5.75 in in height, 8.5 in in width, and boasts a circumference of 5 ft .75 in.
That’s good information to know if there’s ever a lull in conversation.

I do have to warn you that once you start reading, you might not want to stop. I’m totally judging my two cats after reading this:

Longest Jump by a Cat
The longest jump by a cat is 182.88 cm (6 ft) and was achieved by Alley, owned by Samantha Martin (USA), in Austin, Texas, US.
They can barely make it from the window sill to my bed. Clearly they need better cat-life goals. Actually, after reading through the book YOU might set goals to beat one of the records for next year.
Guinness  World Records 2015 – 60th Anniversay Edition is available wherever books are sold and I can promise you that it’s packed with tons of information you never knew before because it’s all brand new for 2015.
One more teeny thing, we’re going to give two hard copy versions away to some lucky readers. Enter to win below and good luck. Happy holidays!
