There’s a new restaurant in Times Square, NYC and it’s not fast food and it’s not a family style chain restaurant.
Paul’s on Times Square is a classy and cozy pizzeria and bar restaurant located inside the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel on 42nd Street between 6th & B’way.
You’ll have to take a short elevator to the main lobby but, boy is it worth it to enjoy breakfast or dinner in the elegant Italian style eatery with views of the hustle and bustle of Times Square below.
I was invited to the grand opening where we were treated to tasty samples of the delicious faire including their signature personal pan pizzas. You can check out the menu here
Oh, and the wine, the wine, the wine. There was certainly no shortage of wine.
Owner Paul Nicaj casually walked around greeting everyone enjoying the great vibes of the night. His partner in this restaurant venture, Dino Redzic, was also on hand taking in the packed crowd and posing here and there for some photos and chatting it up with the guests including me.
